For work today though one activity I enjoyed the most is making apple jam.
I wish next time a could make more and give out more.

Ingredients
- Peeled and chopped apple (430 g)
- Earl Grey tea with water (250 g)
- Sugar (215 g)
- Cinamon (half a teaspoon)
- Put the peeled and chopped (430 g) apples in a pot and put on induction and stir well.
- Add sugar (215 g) and stir well
- Add Earl Grey tea (250 g)
- Half a teaspoon of cinnamon and stir well until the jam gets jelly-like and then you're ready to go.

Hey Felix, I love how you write your blog posts interesting by letting know exactly what you have been doing. I have never seen apple jam before. If I had an abundance of apples, I would make apple crumble, I love apple crumble with custard. I also really like how you put the recipe on for your readers. Mrs D :o)
