Day 12: Earl Grey Apple Jam!





Kia ora fellow bloggers. Today I have been having fun with my brothers, gardening. What have you been doing today?
For work today though one activity I enjoyed the most is making apple jam.
I wish next time a could make more and give out more.

         Ingredients

  1. Peeled and chopped apple (430 g)
  2. Earl Grey tea with water (250 g)
  3. Sugar (215 g)
  4. Cinamon (half a teaspoon)
            Steps

  1. Put the peeled and chopped (430 g) apples in a pot and put on induction and stir well.
  2. Add sugar (215 g) and stir well 
  3. Add Earl Grey tea (250 g) 
  4. Half a teaspoon of cinnamon and stir well until the jam gets jelly-like and then you're ready to go.
                                                    * can add more ingredients if desired*

  1. Hey Felix, I love how you write your blog posts interesting by letting know exactly what you have been doing. I have never seen apple jam before. If I had an abundance of apples, I would make apple crumble, I love apple crumble with custard. I also really like how you put the recipe on for your readers. Mrs D :o)
